Start by measuring from the start of your wrist to the the bottom of your middle finger.
If it measures 4" (inches) or 10 cm you will need a SMALL
If it measures 4 1/4" (inches) or 11 cm you will need a MEDIUM
If it measures 4 1/2" (inches) or 11.5 cm you will need a LARGE
